Since ancient time, constructions are done by manpower. Build Kelong by using piles is seriously 
banned by the Ocean Park Administer. Therefore, it is not an easy task to build it. Any expansion, repair 
job or support wood replacement must be done by manpower. 

     Every support wood (not less than 80m of betel wood) must be chosen carefully. A diver has to dive 
into the sea to uphold the wood. Then, people from the surface (not less then 10 people) have to insert 
the wood inch by inch into the bottom of the sea. There is not only energy that exhausted but also time 
to have the flat-top set up. Just by then, houses that built by tree trunks and wood can be seen on the 
flat-top. It is really a grand sight. There is kitchen, store room, power generator room, dining room, 
washroom, barbecue site, shelter, pond, 65 fishing rod holders and 13 double-decker bed which can fit 
in 156 people (every stratum can fit in 6 people). It is fully equipped.
